Great company excellent service prompt and friendly staff

They were prompt and professional dealing with the replacement of my 5 point locking mechanism about 3 day before Christmas. They said they could fit us in and they did. The cost was in line with what I had anticipated so a good experience and would certainly use again.

My mum fell over in her living room and left the key in the other side of the door so I couldn't get in so I called locksmiths Loughborough and they sent a lovely man out within 40 minutes. He was such a kind gentleman and even helped me get my mum back in her chair as I wasn't strong enough. He also changed the lock to a lock that has a turn function on the inside so she couldn't leave her key in the door next time I need to get in. Brilliant service! if I could give six stars I would.
